Why is my AMI/O not responding after controller reset?

Possible Solution: Remove Watchdog for AMI/O

Try to disable the watchdog timer feature of the AMI/O module.  Do this by making a special Sequence that runs the "Disable Watchdog" Event.  Below is a picture of a script that illustrates this.

Make sure you are actively connected with the AMI/O before running the event.  If the V16Pro is reset and you lose the connection, then also power cycle the AMI/O module and this should restore connection.  Then run the Disable Watchdog event.  Once accomplished, it is sticky and should not have to be done again.

The "Disable Watchdog" command is also run automatically when setting the AMI/O's IP Address using the V16Pro's "Configure" button  in the "devices" screen.
