WinScript Live4 Error: Timeout while waiting for active script file name. [cid:f01c7b6f-1e65-4ad5-b5b5-f517be58a82a]

This happens when the WinScript does not receive an acknowledgment from the controller that the connection is ready. Here are some possible reasons:

- V16Pro is very busy -- check % usage on the controller using the front panel wheel. Press it, then go to System and look for "percent of frame used". it should be below 100%

-Other possibilities are PC blocking first UDP response (firewall or other software)
