How do I wire the balanced audio outputs of ProTraXX?

ProTraXX features balanced audio ouputs consisting of three signals per channel: +(hot), -(cold) and ground.  When connected to a balanced audio input, these outputs offer superior noise rejection compared to unbalanced audio outputs.

To connect these balanced audio outputs to a balanced audio input, simply connect +, -, and ground to the appropriate input terminals on your input device.  Although there are ground pins on both the + and - row of ProTraXX, you only need to connect one of the two ground pins - they are the same internally.

To connect the balanced audio outputs of ProTraXX to a unbalanced audio input (consisting of only + and ground), connect the + and ground pins to the input device and then short the - output of ProTraXX to ground.
