How do I read from SMPTE input?

1. Connect a straight-through serial cable from your PC to the Programmer port on the Binloop
2. On your PC, run the Binloop Configuration program
3. Select from the menu "Binloop" -> "SMPTE" -> "Configuration"
4. Select "Read External SMPTE" then click OK
5. Select from the menu "Binloop" -> "Download to Binloop"

Your Binloop is now configured to read from SMPTE.
