If you can't connect to your DAM-4 via Serial or Ethernet you could try adding a configuration playlist file to change your device IP address.
The following playlist file contains 3 (three) serial commands. Each command is responsible for changing the current values of your unit.
Just simply copy the PLY00000.lst file into the root directory of your CF card and turn on your device. Once the system is up and running your new IP address will be:
IP address: 192.168.0.254
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
Once the new settings are in place, please delete the configuration playlist file from your CF card.
