Aside from using WinScript Live, the other option you have for uploading media to the BinloopX is by using your favorite FTP client, such as FileZilla.

***Before you attempt to push media to your BinloopX with an FTP Client, you must make sure your BinloopX has been configured using WinScript Live. To do this is outlined in the BinloopX manual found on the BinloopX page of our website.***
To push content to the BinloopX, there are multiple network ports on the back of the unit to choose from.
1) You can connect directly to the Media Network Port of the BinloopX's controller module. This gives you access to all 8 slots from one connection port.
2) Or, you can connect directly into a specific module's port. In the image below, you can see where the Media Network port for Slot 1 is.
For pushing audio to the BinloopX, connecting to the main Controller Module is an easy way to go, as that gives you access to all the BinloopX's slots. Data does transfer a bit faster connected directly to each module, but for audio, the file sizes are not that large, so it's a fairly nominal difference.
Here are screenshots and folder details of what the two methods mentioned above are:
1) CONNECTED TO THE NETWORK PORT ON THE CONTROLLER MODULE:
If using Filezilla, you'll connect to this Media Network Port by entering the following credentials...
Host: IP Address of the BinloopX's Controller Module (this IP can be set on the front display screen of the BinloopX)
Username: The default username is admin
Password: The default password is password
Once you're connected, you'll see the following:
In the example above, you can see that we have a BX-16A Audio Module installed in slots 1 and 7 of the BinloopX. Nothing is installed in the other slots, so we don't have access to pushing media to those.
2) CONNECTED TO THE MEDIA NETWORK PORT ON SPECIFIC SLOT #:
If using Filezilla, you'll connect to this Media Network Port by entering the following credentials...
Host: IP Address of the Individual Slot's Media Network Port. You create this when you configure your BinloopX in WinScript Live.
Username: The default username is admin
Password: The default password is password
** There is only one username and password that applies to the entire cage
Once you're connected (in our case to the Media Network port of Slot 1), you'll see the following:
The "Local" folder is now the folder for Slot 1 that we want to upload our media files to. You can ignore the slot_1 through slot_8 folders listed under the local folder. Those do not do anything connected directly into a Media Network Port of a specific slot.
